Maryland goalie Logan McNaney wins AXIA Time Men’s DI player of the week 4. McNaney led and helped Maryland secure a win with a huge last minute kick save, to beat Number one Notre Dame. McNaney had 16 saves in the rematch of the 2024 National championships in Atlanta on March 1.

The crimson have scored 61 goals and with offensive possession of 167. number 3, Princeton. The Tigers have scored 49 goals and have offensive possession of 153. What puts these teams in the top 3 is the time and length that they hold the ball on offense. For example North Carolina, the Tar Heels will hold the ball for most of the shot clock but also are confident with the ball and score on about 40% of possessions.

What puts these teams in the top 3 of defensive efficiency is when the other team’s offense has the ball, they are the most dominant forcing the most turnovers and saving the most shots. An example would be Army, The Black Knights are 5-0 and only allowed 24 goals. Army is known for their strong dominant defense and the strong goalie to help build the efficiency.
